Jones Fruit & Vegetables

John Jones from Jones Fruit & Vegetables has been a producer for over 3 decades; he takes great pride in producing his seasonal fruit and vegetables. Whether you are looking for juicy British strawberries, glorious greens or his famous black garlic, make sure to stop by his stall.

White Bakery Ltd

At White Bakery you will be able to find Turkish treats, from Borek, Baklava and many other Turkish treats. Experienced baker Pelin Emek, who also owns a café under the same name in Colwyn Bay, runs White Bakery.

The Wooden Spoon

A country kitchen situated in the heart of Anglesey making homemade puddings,cupcakes, rocky road and on the go snacks such as frittata. Whether you go for sticky toffee pudding or luscious lemon melt, these puddings will satisfy all your sweet cravings.

Cosyn Cymru

If you love cheese, you ought to try cheese from Cosnyn Cymru. Carrie produces yoghurt, cheese and ice cream from unpasteurised ewe’s milk at the foothill of Snowdonia. Her products are praised for their taste and have won several taste awards.

Jems

JEMS is a small family business that produces jams and chutneys following special family recipes. They like to take a basic recipe and spice them up a bit for modern tastes. Must tries are the Get up and Go marmalade and the Caribbean chutney.

H. S. Bourne

The Bourne family has been hand-making fine Cheshire cheese since 1750, and since 1930 at the Bank Farm. Unlike many other cheese makers who use industrial production methods, they still use traditional 'hands on' techniques to produce award-winning cheeses.

Scilicorns Bakery

Scilicorns is a third generation family baker, based in Llanrwst, Conwy. From their bakery they produce over 400 different products from corn bread, baps to sausage rolls. Their breads are baked with knowledge, passion and their traditional 100-year-old oven.

Mug Run Coffee

Mug Run is a bijou Coffee Roaster, based in Rhyl - specialising in single origin coffees. The coffee beans are all ethically sourced and roasted back in Rhyl. Roasted in a drum rotator, over a naked flame using a wood fire which gives the coffee a lovely aroma and extra flavour.  

Carslake Tea Company

The Carlslake Tea Company is passionate about tea, offering its customers traditional and some more unusual tea blends such as Mojito Tea,  Japanese Gen Mai Cha and Chocolate Chilli. 

The Little Fudge Box

The Little Fudge Box makes award-winning, hand made fudge in the Welsh Mountains, using locally sourced ingredients. Their produce is also free from palm oil and glucose syrup, all of which presented in compostable packaging!

Billy the Fish

Billy, who has been a fish monger for over 3 decades offers seasonal fish, crab and shell fish to its customers. All caught locally and often caught the night before a market day – you won’t get it much fresher than this.

Pen-Y-Lan Pork

Award wining artisanal sausages from Wales number one sausage connoisseur. The family business started 15 years ago with the aim of producing sausages without the unsavoury parts often associated with saugages. The sausages are made with outdoor-bred Gloucester old spots and saddlebacks.

Soaping Goat

Looking for an all natural soap without the chemicals? The Soaping Goat produces small batches of soap by using raw goat’s milk soap and essential oils, which gives them a great scent and making them a great present for a loved one or yourself.
